Huge thanks to everyone who answered! I was afraid that the bike was the more accurate measure but *hoping* that it wasn't. I didn't think about it being a non-weight bearing exercise, so that provided quite a bit of insight.

It's weird but I think that I can guesstimate people's TDEE now. I noticed an older, very short lady only having half a sandwich for lunch and realized that her maintenance calories are probably close to 1,200.... so lower than my cutting calories. I've just spent so much time playing around with those calculators that I…

Unfortunately I went on vacation/road trip and I'm still holding on to some water weight. This has been a crazy weight week. Left at just above 218, came back at almost 229 after 4 days! Dropped 6 pounds in 2 days and have sat in the low 220s for the last three days. Username: aeloine Weighin day: Wednesday Week: 4? Last…

you literally look like your own daughter. AMAZING change!

Week 2: 221.8 Just can't seem to break 220. I was up to 224 on Monday so I guess I packed on some water weight but it's coming off now. I'll get it next week!

How's it going?

Do you freeze them?

They have swim everything. A lot of ladies cover up completely for religious reasons.

Jogged (My Fitness Pal classifies it as a very, very brisk walk) a mile without stopping on the treadmill today! I was running regularly last summer but fell and tore my miniscus in August. Rehabbing this knee has been a pain and a half but it's happening!

Fat is not something I've paid a lot of attention to recently but I think I need to keep a better eye on it. I ended up subbing some cheese for a couple of things at dinner and feel much less bloated today but still feeling heavy. I'm going to stick the meal-prep-week out because cooking lettuce is not something I'm…

Went to Zumba yesterday and was planning on running today. Had Greek yogurt but have some kimchi in the fridge that I've been meaning to break out! Thanks for the advice! Day 2 and I'm still quite miserable but I do feel it starting to let up.

@bbell1985 40 g or under every day this week. A little low. Historically 60g+. That might be something to look into. I've had yogurt daily but also take my milk fat free so might up it quite a bit tomorrow.

@MikePfirrman I'm not exactly "sold" on raw, I just bulk bought a lot of salad mix, sugar snap peas, and baby carrots during a moment of waning creativity and now I'm just munching my way through a truck load of rabbit food. The hydration isn't exactly intentional - my Fitbit buzzes at me to get up from my desk every hour,…

@cwolfman13 does it ever pass or is this something that I need to steer away from? Current meal prep is 85% raw veg.

I bought a latte machine on amazon and use fat free milk and 0 calorie syrups. Two cups end up being under 100 calories.

That *some* stretch marks might become MORE prominent. Some of the worst ones have mostly faded now from my stomach but now I'm noticing some old, silver ones in my arm pits that I didn't even know I had.

I gained 4 lbs from a cheat meal yesterday. It'll go down, keep chugging!

Just make sure that it's not too aggressive and sustainable. No shame in upping calories for continued loss. Good luck!!!

New phone. Who dis?

Are you my boyfriend yet? :D

Nah, brosky. Not in this instance. VERY muscle heavy, athletic people are more likely to be "overweight" on BMI but definitely not obese.

Keep your standards high.

It's pretty much 1-to-1 I *think*.
