This is truly, truly embarrassing but it's like 2 miles at a time and I'm barely past like 13 minute miles. I've recently regained a lot of weight and it's quite a bit more difficult for me to run when heavier. I'm doing couch to 5k again, only on week 3, so 3 minute jog/walk intervals. Nothing too crazy at all.

Thank you very much! Unfortunately, I am not within the return window any longer. I don't think I was covering long enough distances at first to see their full effect.

Thanks for all the kind wishes and words of inspiration! Really awesome to see @cmriverside , @88olds , and @middlehaitch still here!

It was totally worth it! Even if my pants don't think so!

Do we want to talk about how often people CHANGE their sheets? I'm a "once a week" kind of gal.

Ya'll are nuts! :) There's definitely a difference! The little pooch at the bottom is smaller on the right.

I get the salad kits from Walmart when I don't want to cook. The "Family" sized Caesar salad is only 480 calories.

She was also doing a crap ton of ab work and strength training, but the goal WAS to get her to lose some weight. Her nutrition was fine, all macros and calories accounted for, but her ankle messed with a lot of the weight bearing ab work she was supposed to be doing (weighted hip thrusts, etc.). I'm sure that after doing…

aeloine June Week 2 Weigh-in day: Wednesday Previous Weight: 222.6 Current Weight: 222.8 Shark week. Due to BC, it only happens every season or so, but I put 6 lbs of water weight literally overnight and it's slowly been coming off. Two pounds a day for the last two days. I'd hit 220 even on Saturday and just shot up like…

My poor air conditioner - I just can't seem to get comfortable! I bump it up one degree, it's too hot when I get back from the gym. I bump it down one degree, it's too cold. On average, though, I'm noticing a difference in my apt. temp. Last year, I had a couple of days when I dipped out of the 70's and to 68. This year,…

@kalahmarii this is a real thing. I'm sorry that it's happening, but maybe start looking for ways to hang out with her outside of working out - she'll come to you when she's ready.

Took a trip to St. Louis with the SO and have a couple of NSVs: 1. Woke up early and went to the gym before the flight 2. went to the gym AFTER we landed back home! 3. Ate everything in sight.... but actually came in under maintenance after I logged everything! And lemme tell ya, when you're measuring the amount of BBQ you…

@cjchelli The loose skin won't show up overnight. If you start to become uncomfortable with it at any point, you can always stop losing, but I think that you won't want to once you get to that point.

I always add vanilla extract and maybe some maple syrup to sweeten mine on a budget

Username: aeloine Weigh-in day: Wednesday Last week's weight: 221.6 lbs This week's weight: 224.6 I'm just having a rough month. Down 2 pounds since Wednesday but I've been eating my feelings a lot. Huge layoffs at work coupled with having to interview for new positions and a potential move.

@AnnPT77 I know! Honestly, I got an answer for my original question and never thought twice that this post would get additional comments! I'm still on the forums, I just didn't check back on "My Discussions"! A lot of interesting information is coming out of here, though. Mine are "Stages" bikes -- someone mentioned that…
