Weight lifting! As you can't physically turn fat into muscle (but I know what you mean!) Lifting will build more muscle while burning fat so eventually you will have "replaced fat with muscle"! Good luck girl!

Did she/he say that 8 of those 16 hours can be spent sleeping? My friend is a faster and she really likes it. I have tried it for a few days (maybe over a week and a half). I felt like my body adapted from feeling like I had to have breakfast to eating lunch and dinner then stopping to go to bed.

I don't remember the target I originally got but I have been getting like at most 60g of protein per day! I think because I've started eating less meat which helped me get more protein faster (chicken for lunch and dinner) has been keeping me from enough protein..or as much protein!

Are you afraid of working out when other people are there? I actually learned a lot by asking girls I saw working out what I should be doing! Also this works for me ( if you get in there and tell yourself you're a badass especially while youre lifting weights or running, you feel a little better being in there!)

I just saw that Riunite Lambrusco is 98 valories per 8oz- would that be a healthier substitute for a wine? I think i can stick to less if I really think about it.

When I drink on weekends it's usually wine! I've never had a drink (besides a beer) at a bar or restaurant. But as a wine substitute I may try rum and diet coke! What are your thoughts on Pinnacle Whipped vodka with Sprite?
