So what you can see is; 4 lifting session at 1.5hrs, 2 boot camps at 1 hr each and spin at 45mins per week, I’m going to finish off this week tomorrow by doing back, butt and biceps even though it will be 1st Oct and won’t count, it will look pretty on my little chart

Banana-nut oatmeal; rolled oats, water, sliced banana, chopped walnuts and a little cinnamon.
