I started at 253lbs and drop down to 208lbs using my fitness pal! I fell off the wagon and got back up to 223lbs and now want to start working back to my goal weight! I'm always looking for friends to help push me as I will help push them. I have made some good friends from my fitness pal and looking for a few more! Like i said feel free to add me!0 -

Hi I'm JT...been a MFP member off and on since Jan 2011. I lost 75 pounds kept most of it off, gained a few back, lost it, gained it back, lost it again...it's a on-going thing. I have 91 friends on my friends list and about 5 actually comment and interact with me. I tried to comment on everyone's feeds when I am on line. I would like to have more friends but only if they interact, i.e. you don't have to comment on everything but occasionally exchange a greeting or witty banter.1
