Once I got the proper riser for my front wheel I was more comfortable riding on the trainer. Practice also makes it physically better. I watch Netflix and have signed up for Trainer Road. The workouts are all there on my phone. Good luck

I also find that I think I’m hungry but I’m actually tired. I also find that since I’ve cleaned up what I eat during the day I’m better at night. But sleep is key.

@TonyB0588 i drive and fly. When I drive; I do what is suggested above; hit the grocery store and carry food with me. When I fly I am more limited on what I can carry with me. I also like eating too much to go without ;}
