I am going to eat more on the exercise days when I decided to go with IIFYM calories along with MFP. My concern is the calories limit and which one is accurate without starving myself.

I asked the same question two days ago. Most of the comments said that it doesn't matter if you eat late at night as soon as you are at the end of the day on your calories deficit.

I am always under my calories limit so I am doing good since I started my diet. I like the idea that you mentioned about the calories and my limits. I just got confused because this article that talking about carbs and late night. You guys make it clear right now.

My concern is if I want to burn some fat my body will get the energy from the food I had not from the stored by doing the cardio after eating. Am I right?

I was eating junk foods and not healthy ones that's way I gained those fat so I won't eat some of these anymore.
