  • Jan 7 3X YES today. Happy with what I ate as well, still relying on leftovers/precooked food and quick cooking. For exercise I did 20 min of yoga at home. My first time trying a yoga practice after shoulder injury and PT and I‘m still lacking confidence. Might not try again for a few more weeks.

  • Congratulations!!! I was just thinking this morning that my perfectionism is my biggest enemy (and my biggest asset)! The last two months I dropped out and completely gave up because I had more than three pass days...this months I‘ll try to not do that.
