I’m not looking for breakfast specified items. I’m open to anything. I’ve been having a mini turkey sandwich for breakfast lately. I’d just like some sort of ideas. If I said lunch or dinner ideas the meals would probably be too heavy for in the morning.

I don’t understand how it’s bashing people when I said I think it’s amazing people can do that. I literally praised people for doing it, as I’m someone who just can’t find it in myself to do it. I’m sincerely sorry you feel offended by my two posts. I didn’t mean it in that way. I just realized after the responses to that…

I find it really helpful to have a device (I have an Apple Watch, and had a heart rate monitor before that) that shows you your heart rate as you go. It’s easy to find what your target heart rate should be online for your age/height/weight. I go off of that as I work out, and keep myself near that “orange zone”. It helps…

I have absolutely zero interest going straight after work. When I do actually go right after, I have zero strength and effort to push through the pain. Which is why I try to give myself a small rest period before I go. I’m sure I’d be more likely to go if I went straight there, but I feel I do better if I give myself some…

I honestly couldn’t figure it out, I denied it access and regranted it access but that didn’t work. I tried resetting everything. I looked through my health app settings, my settings on mfp. Nothing worked. I got a new account and it ended up syncing perfectly fine. I know you probably don’t want a new account but that’s…

I am notttt a morning person and already get up for work around 6:30. So I’m really not willing to wake up even earlier lol. So I’m supposed to go after work MWF. Saturday I go with a friend at some point during the day. I definitely struggle to go after work. I get home at about 4:30. Sometimes it takes me til almost 8pm…

I love mine for workouts so far!! It originally wouldn’t work with the MFP app, but I got a new account and it finally works. I definitely think I push myself more than if I didn’t have one at all.

It really is hard to cut out fast food. It’s so easy and usually tastes better and takes up less time. I try to go places I know I can eat somewhat healthier without being bored, or try and plan my days around those calories. Eat half, even if still hungry and eat other half when you’re really really hungry.

Reduced fat wheat thins (16 for 120cals) with tuna salad or chicken salad, or even just cheese and salami! Kettle corn is great for something warm and sweet and so low in calories. Quaker rice cakes with fresh ground PB. The bumble bee brand sells those little boxes of “chicken salad w/ crackers” and the calories on those…

In the line of yogurts, I discovered the Zoi Greek yogurt in blueberry is the best stuff I’ve had in awhile! So good.

I also tried to make a cauliflour “Mac & cheese”. SO nasty!! I love cauliflour, and Mac & cheese. But together? Nope...

I tried quinoa breakfast-style this morning. Nastiest taste ever! Just doesn’t work as a breakfast-sweet food. It called for butter and cinnamon and maple syrup. It was highly lacking, didn’t look very good either.
