getting the calories into the strength training is a paid version of this program. calories counting in cardio is standard, as for what you should count as your weight, in those exercises are you lifting your entire body weight? or just a portion....

Almost 45 here and a father of 2. had a heart attack back in March, kinda figured after that i needed to lose most of what i picked up over the years. since then ive lost 40 lbs so far. i seem to have plateaued and need to reconfigure some things to get back to losing some more.
