    6/15 : 20 knee-bench push ups
    6/16 : rest day from arm exercises
    6/17 : another rest day from arm exercises
    6/18 : 8 knee push ups (I’ve decided to not to the bench ones anymore.)
    6/19 : 10 knee push ups
    6/20 : 10 knee push ups
    6/21: 10 knee push ups - still challenging to do

    Ten days since last did pushups and big decrease oops. Lots of rest days as been working eleven hour days then have four kids to tend to!!

    07/06 16/12/10/10 = 48
    08/06 18/12/10/10 = 50 + 2.4km swim
    09/06 2.8km swim no pushups today
    10/06 20/15/14/13 = 62 yay making progress!
    11/06 2.7km swim
    12/06 20/16/14/14 = 64 full pushups

    13/06 23/14/15/15 = 67 full + gym workout
    14/06 3.5km run
    15/06 2.6km swim
    16/06 2.5km swim + 4km walk
    17/06 2.4km swim
    18/06 27/16/16/14/10 = 83 full
    19/06 2.4km swim

    20/06 total rest day
    21/06 2.2km swim - pushups tomorrow!
    22/06 rest day
    23/06 6km swim
    24/06 2.2km swim

    Oh i'm back on mfp, went away for a minute... but I did do some push ups as part of a routine 2 days ago and my shoulders still hurt!

    So have gone from 48 to 77 full pushups. Can't complain as only did it 8 times in 23 days.

    Are we continuing this for July? And maybe add in something like planks or squats?

    Only one more day to go for me, and ive gone from doing 2 narrow on my knees to 18 full narrow this morning! so proud of myself!
