That's the idea though nothing wrong with rest days. I'll probably have one tomorrow cause I did so many push ups today with my workouts0 -

So I saw you could do this on your knees so started there, embarrassingly low though it's a start

6/17 : another rest day from arm exercises
6/18 : 8 knee push ups (I’ve decided to not to the bench ones anymore.)
