    I'm totally brand new here (thanks @lbenson2006 ... And I'm really not good at planks lol. But I want to try. So my goal for the rest of July is just to get some in. Then for August I want to do the 30 day chart at the top of the examples in the first post. :) My aqua boot camp class on Tuesday had three (1 minute) planks in it and I couldn't finish any of them. So I'm looking forward to building up to doing better!
