I'm totally brand new here (thanks @lbenson2006 ... And I'm really not good at planks lol. But I want to try. So my goal for the rest of July is just to get some in. Then for August I want to do the 30 day chart at the top of the examples in the first post. My aqua boot camp class on Tuesday had three (1 minute) planks in it and I couldn't finish any of them. So I'm looking forward to building up to doing better!1
