  • I had a wonderful birthday :smile: Thanks for the tip! I will keep that in mind the next time I go out and eat :D There was barely any dressing on this salad and it tasted like mustard and honey maybe? Veery thin dressing. The chicken was grilled yeah 👍🏻 It’s the best salad I’ve ever tasted!

  • We should get out of our heads then and just focus on the positives! Easy to say that, but it will probably take some time to get used to it 🙈 We should all just be nicer to our bodies and actually celebrate the hard work we have put in to changing our lifestyles.

  • Thank you ❤️ Yeah, it’s a weird phase haha! The trouble is that my body has changed so much I dunno what shapes are flattering anymore 🙈 I’m gonna bring my mom with me tomorrow, and see if she can help me out a bit haha. She’s good with clothes, so I trust her to pick out something great for me to try on.

  • It definately makes it more of a challenge. I don’t lose much weight if I’m not very strict on my carb intake. The more carbs I eat, the more insulin I need.. I’ve found that eating 50-80g of carbs a day was most effecient for me. My weight wasn’t budging for two months when I ate over 100g of carbs (even if I was eating…
