No one asks me about how I’m doing with my weight loss so I don’t have this issue. I think you’re doing the right thing. If telling them when you weigh is going to derail your hard work then they don’t need to know.

I recently tried Halo Top for the first time. While I was eating it I thought it tasted pretty good for a low cal ice cream. But afterwards it left a really weird taste in my mouth. I still have half a pint in my freezer with no desire to eat it, which is unusual for me because I have a major sweet tooth.

I take the crust off all bread. Even burger buns I will cut off the top “crust” so it’s just fluffy white bread. For dinner rolls I hollow them out and only eat what’s on the inside. My partner and I always eat late at night. Dinner is usually around 9pm sometimes even as late as 11pm if we work late. It won’t hinder your weight loss goals as long as you don’t continue to snack or eat through the night and go over your calorie goal.
