@theslightedgeforever I hope all comes out well with the pap. That must have been awful to not been able to take meds for the chest sprain. The NP suggested a heating pad, I bought one of those microwavable pads filled with rice to keep at work and have been using that. It offers relief. Do you remember how long it took for your sprain to heal? Great job on the exercise!

Hi all. Well, we made it to Friday! I had something happen at work that made me mad but I didn't eat over it, which I am glad for. I talked it out with my husband and then I texted a friend about it. The old me probably would have stopped off at the store and grabbed some chips and dip.

    Morning all,

I didn't get on here yesterday...today I keep waiting for internet..LOL I am going to cancel my gym membership and try to exercise at home. I still have the drive to keep working towards my health.

@trooworld So sorry for the muscle sprain...those hurt worse than if you had broken something. I was in a car wreck several years ago...a drunk hit me and I was not wearing a seatbelt...(not a law at that time) I hit him so hard, that I cracked the windshield and my chest hit the steering wheel. I couldn't breathe 2 days after the accident, thought I had broken a rib, but it was diagnosed as bruised...it was awful to breathe. My sister had just come for a visit...so not much fun for her..LOL

@theslightedgeforever yea trello...not sure, still working on that

Well on my way to the church..kids are coming home from camp and I have to make sure all get picked up and things are good...From the pictures, all the kids had so much fun..

    Morning everyone

@trooworld - so glad that it was a muscle strain. Body pump is so much a part of your life and your weight loss plan, how are you going to replace that for the next few weeks? Well done that YOU recognised the behaviour change :) It means that you are recognising the good habits and that they seem to be getting ingrained.

@cbabie - Are you going to replace your membership with a treadmill? Over here you can hire them to see if that works out. I cancelled my women' membership and am trying the work at gym which was working until I got sick.

@theslightedgeforever - Fingers crossed for you and today, I am going to search for the trello board application as I assume that they have one for windows.

We are the complete opposite here, as I look at our home office window, it is drizzling. DH has just taken the puppies for a walk. My results are back are back at the doctor, so I will know late Tuesday night. I am still coughing when I get cold. but am a lot better

@cbabie I'm sorry you are having internet troubles. re: canceling gym membership...you have to do whatever works for you and if working out at home will work better, than that is good. Just keep pushing, don't give up! That accident and the aftermath sounds awful! My sprain isn't that bad and I think I'll be good to go in a week. At least that is what I am shooting for. ;)

@TrishasTime I'm going to go to the gym after work with my husband on Mondays and Thursdays and ride the recumbent bike, and on Saturday too. I don't think the sprain was bad, so I think I will rejoin the class in a week. I don't want to stay away too long for the very reasons you mention. Thank you! Trello is a website application...I'm sure you've found that out by now though. I'm glad you are a lot better but troubled by your cough. Take care.

Hi all! Happy Saturday. I'm getting ready to go to the gym, my husband is going to do BodyPump and I'm going to ride the recumbent bike. I'm excited about tonight's dinner, it's fun food, buffalo wings with a chickpea, avocado & feta salad. I'm baking the wings instead of frying them, but still, they will be "pointy". I hope you all have a great day.

    Hi everyone

Had a small crash yesterday where the coughing came back with fury. Had to turn on the A/C as it is bitterly cold here at the moment. Had a look at trello, it is exactly what I use at work under a different name. I even signed up to register and then thought, it is another system application. I use multiple applications all day and that isreally the last thing I need to do. So I think I will stick to myfitnesspal

    @trooworld - Glad you have a plan B :)

@cbabie - Hope the kids were happy and tired from the camp

@theslightedgeforever - Hope all is well with you

Trooworld. I dont remember exactly but I’m going to say a week. But I was sitting with a damp hot towel on me when I wasnt at work. Great job on choosing not to eat emotionally. I should add wings to my meal plan. Only way I’ll eat them is with simmering them in a soy sauce brown sugar mixture. Then broiling them to get a nice glaze. But I stick to 5

Cbabie so if you aren’t going to go to the gym what will you do for exercise instead How about riding your bike early in the morning

Trishastime. Yes Trello has a windows option also. I use both depending on my location. I would never get anything done at home if it wasn’t for Trello. It’s taken a year but I’ve figured out my flow and there is a corresponding effect to losing weight. If I stay organized throughout the day I tend to eat better and exercise. I hope you get better soon.

I did 30 min on treadmill

Hello everyone!! Today is my 90 day streak with MFP!! I actually really enjoy logging all of my food and exercise. It’s almost like a game for me now to hit my target everyday. I’ve made so many small changes to my life that have had a major impact. My weight loss is very slow and steady but I’m really happy with it because I eat so much better, I actually exercise, and I have way more energy throughout the day.

Hope everyone has a great Monday!

@TrishasTime oh no, I hope your cough is better soon.

@theslightedgeforever I like Asian-style wings too, and I stick to 5 as well. I just happened to be craving buffalo style this week. More on my muscle sprain below. Great job, you are really using the treadmill effectively!

@ChelleTrell Hello and welcome to the board! Congrats on your streak, that is fantastic! It's important to be consistent, and you seem to have it down.

Hi all. My chest sprain feels better so I am going back to BodyPump this morning. Hopefully it isn't too soon. I don't think it is. I just can't sit around not going. I don't want to get out of the habit. On another note, I got all of my meal prep done yesterday except for grilling the chicken souvlaki but at least that is marinating and will be grilled tonight. I feel so much less stressed and I do so much better when I get my meal prep done. Have a great day!

    Morning all,
I went and cancelled my gym membership....I am going to try walking around my home and neighborhood when it's not 110 out....it was something I had to do.

@trooworld I am so glad you seem to be in your sweet spot. I hope the BodyPump was not to soon...but we all know when you get your momentum going you don't want to lose it!! I don't like wings...too messy for me. LOL

@theslightedgeforever I sold my bike, just walking is all I have right now...sold the wii, no other form of exercise.

@TrishasTime I hope your cough goes and your health remains good all year. Sometimes our bodies have a funny way of saying...hey take a rest. :)

@ChelleTrell consistancy is the best direction. Welcome to the board.

@ChelleTrell welcome to the group. Excellent job on your streak. When we make it fun it’s so much easier. Slow and steady is my mantra

Trooworld. Glad your chest is feeling better. Chicken souvlaki. Yummy. Woohoo on your meal prep. Most important to staying on track

Cbabie. Wings. You’ve not tried my wings 😉. Besides getting a little messy is finger licking good fun. That’s why they make napkins. Go mall walking while it’s hot. Go out early in the morning and take water as you walk around the neighborhood. I used to have to be up and out the door by 7 am to beat the heat but it’s doable. You could also split it up into two shorter sessions Go early morning and then again before sunset.

    Trishastime. Hope all is well

I did 38 min treadmill 12 min stretching and 11 min outside walk

@cbabie I love to walk outside, so I hope you enjoy it too. It's great exercise, not just to keep weight off but for so many other reasons. Yes, I've found my sweet spot! I didn't feel any pain yesterday and there were many push-ups involved, so I would have felt pain if I was still affected I think. I do agree wings are messy...and I don't generally like getting messy, it makes me anxious, but I am able to get outside my comfort level for wings. :D

@theslightedgeforever thanks, me too. The chicken souvlaki was delicious, I had it with a small side salad and homemade hummus and pickles made by the produce store. It was a great, healthy meal. Yes, meal prep is key for me to have a good week. Great job on the exercise! :D

Hi all. I'm so glad I went to BodyPump, it felt good to go although I hated all the lunges and push-ups lol. Someday, they won't be such torture, but until then...ugh. Amazon Prime Day is going on right now and I ordered 3 pairs of yoga pants/workout pants with pockets on the side. I've had the same 3 or 4 pairs of workout pants for about 6 years, so it's time to replace them and I'm really excited that these have pockets!

    Good morning everyone!

I’m still getting over the flu so I haven’t been able to work out and it’s driving me crazy. I live in a small town and walk everywhere so I am still getting some kind of exercise but I can’t wait to get back into the swing of things.

@trooworld yay new workout clothes! I think I’ll eventually need pants with pockets too.

Trooworld. Glad you could do the Bodypump. I have 2 more weeks till I start my strength training program.

ChelleTrell. I hope you get better. When I get sick that seems to be the time I really want to exercise. Just when I’m healthy that I get a case of the “I don’t wanna”. Have you always lived in a small town. I like the part where everyone knows each other but I like living next to a big city so there’s something to do.

I did 60 min including 42 min dancing 12 walking and 6 stretching.

@ChelleTrell I am from a small town in Ohio. Now I live in a very big town! I hate when sickness puts a damper on things. I wish you a speedy recovery! Yes, I desperately needed new workout clothes, mine were out of style and plus who doesn't need pants with pockets right? ;)

@theslightedgeforever me too! I'm going back this morning. What kind of strength training program are you doing? I assume you are starting August 1st?

Hi all. I'm up and at 'em this morning bright and early (4:00 a.m.) to get to BodyPump at 5:30 a.m. and then at 3:45 p.m., I'll do the bokwa class which is like aerobics kind of. I'm starting to work on my mental part of my weight loss journey more. I think that will be the key to keeping the weight off once I do get it all off. I am making a plan for the day and including a little journal on that plan. The journaling is based on a prompt either from this book I'm borrowing from Amazon, or from Pinterest. I have also put all of my exercise on my calendar as well as my commitments, so I can see exactly what free time I have. My goals for the week were to go to BodyPump 3 times, drink 100 oz of water each day and go to Bokwa. I'll re-evaluate on Sunday if I've made my goals and make a new batch of goals for the next week on that day. That's what I'm trying now.

Thank you to everyone for the well wishes! I am feeling better and hope to workout tomorrow. I wanna get back into the groove sooner than later so I don’t fall off the wagon.

@theslightedgeforever I currently live in Santa Barbara, CA and it’s the smallest place I’ve ever lived. It’s not small where everyone knows each other but previously I only lived in big cities (LA, Phoenix, Seattle) so this is quite a change for me. The best part is all the walking I do. I haven’t driven in about 7 years but here I can walk everywhere and don’t need to take public transit at all. More calories burned woot woot!

@trooworld pants with pockets sounds amazing. I am just getting into running so I think eventually I might need some of those. First I need new shoes as I have very high arches. Fitness priorities I suppose? lol

I had lunch today at my favorite vegetarian cafe. I bought a “dirty brownie” to have as my dessert tonight. This restaurant doesn’t have any nutrition guides for their food so I just log it but use “regular brownie calories”. Anyone else do something like this?

Trooworld what book are you using from Amazon. I guess I’ll start Aug 1. Lol. I had told myself I’ll do cardio for 6 weeks and then add in strength training. I used to do regular strength training back in the day so I’m just going to do 2 exercises per body part 3 days a week

ChelleTrell. Santa Barbara sounds like my kind of town I have high arches too. I understand. I try to get as close as I can on the calories. If they didn’t have dirty brownie then yes I would have used regular and chosen the calorie count in the middle. I used to choose the lowest I could find. 😏

No exercise for me. rest day. My sil is here for 10 days

@ChelleTrell that's great! Here's to better health and working out again! :) Oh, you live in Santa Barbara? I hear that is beautiful. I live in San Diego. Yes, pants with pockets woot woot! I found them on Amazon, just search "workout pants with pockets" and you'll get a bunch of choices. Girl, get you some new shoes! lol What makes this dirty brownie dirty? Does it have coffee in it or something? Chelle, I use the WW app, but when I run across a situation like this, I do something similar to what you did. I will look at my choices and find the highest points option, the lowest, and find one in the middle and choose that one to log.

@theslighedgeforever I am using Journaling Prompts - Weight Loss (Journaling with Lisa Shea Book 7) by Lisa Shea, it's a Kindle book. It is $0.99 to buy but I have KindleUnlimited so it is free to borrow. BUT...you can just use Pinterest and find prompts on there. Sounds like you need a firm start date. ;) Good plan! Enjoy your visit with your SIL. Speaking of your relatives, WHERE'S CBABIE?

Trish, where are you? Are you okay?

Hi all! I lost 2.6 lbs this week! I'm quite happy about that, as I went negative in my points by about 15 and thought I'd gain. Up to this point, I've been online WW only, but I decided to go to meetings again (this because I like the meetings + I know I need to be going to the meetings once I hit my goal weight to get free lifetime access). I will be switching my weigh-in day to Saturday this week (so today's weigh-in was unofficial) and will go to my first meeting on Saturday.

So I did WW 10 years ago and did awesome. I tried it again a year ago with the new system and struggled.so MFP it is! Please feel free to add me and I look forward to being motivated to make this life change. I’ve been letting life stress control my choices.

    Hello all!

I have been perusing the groups and community on MFP and I have to say I was feeling particularly lost until I saw this group. I think I was looking for something similar to what my experience on Connect with WW was and this is just a little different. After reading some of the posts on this thread, I do think this can be something wonderful too!

A little about me: I did WW for a little over a year and lost 75 lbs a couple of years ago but several things happened and came up and I have almost gained it all back now after having quit WW. I know tracking and calorie counting works as well as not all calories are created equal and the whole world of tracking macros after learning the points system is honestly a little overwhelming but I'm sure it works as well. Honestly the biggest reason I didn't go back to WW is they changed the program! I've learned this is something that they do every few years or so but for some reason I was really ticked off and felt betrayed by this. Also it's expensive. Hope that doesn't offend anyone. For me, the support of the meetings and the online support helped more than anything so I am trying it again.

Sorry for the long post, just wanted to share my WW story and proclaim refuge in this newly discovered thread.

I have 80 lbs to lose before I hit my goal weight so I am in it for the long haul.

Feel free to add me. Thanks for reading.

@trooworld hey we aren’t too far from each other! I’m not sure what makes the brownie “dirty” I know it’s gluten free and it tastes like it’s made of chia seeds. I’m sure it has “healthy” ingredients but who knows what that means for calories lol

@theslightedgeforever I used to do the same and always log the item with the least amount of calories. Now I try to log the one with the most just in case. If only we could make every little thing we eat but who’s got time for that? Not me lol.

@mjsunshine16 I was gonna send you a request but looks like you beat me to it :p

@tulsalo I’ve never done WW but I kind of felt the same when I first got on the community boards here on MFP. I’m really glad I found this group. I send you a friend request. I am on here everyday all day pretty much.

Does anyone have fun plans for the weekend? I manage retail and I’ve planned a beach day for my staff this Sunday. I’m going to scan and pre-log all my food before the party starts. I’m also going to bring hula hoops for us all to play with. I used to hula hoop dance everyday a few years back. Now that I’ve lost a little weight I’m hoping to get back into it as it’s a great way to burn some calories.

Trooworld. Great weigh in. Thanks for the info on Journaling book. I have kindle unlimited too so I’ll look it up. Enjoy-visit-sil should not all be in same sentence. Lol. Actually I can enjoy in small doses. I like my quiet alone time too much. I have been putting my foot down though this visit. I’m exercising now so I won’t be available. Plus taking my normal nap. I used to run myself ragged. Now it’s all about self-care. If I don’t, who will? Cbabie was sent an owl with a message.

Trishastime. That doesn’t sound good. Hopefully this is the last time and you will be good as new

@mjsunshine16 Welcome to the group. I’m slow to change. Eventually I get there. People in WW have reacted different through the years to all the different plans they come up with. I think that each plan fits a personality type. You have to find a plan that meshes with that. Then tweak from there. Our bodies-our plans. That stress thing is hard. Right now I’m all about me first. My son said something to me yesterday about I was on a path that would end in my disappearance. He was shocked that I had beat him to the gym.

@tulsalo Welcome to the group. I like free stuff :) especially if I end up with same results. I’ve tried online WW and meetings. I didn’t like when they switched to Connect. But I became prediabetic and doc wanted me to do a modified carb program. I tried tracking both points and carbs but too much for me. Well you know that you have already lost 75 lbs once so you can do it again. I’m down about 40 from my highest weight ever. I still have a long way to go too. But I take it a day at a time. I’m working towards consistent habits versus weight loss. I want this to stick. My life depends on it.

ChelleTrell. I have a friend that keeps gaining weight and then tells me about all the gluten free desserts she eats. I’m more of the give me a good tasting brownie and let me eat half of it crowd. We all follow our own paths. I eat chia seeds on my fruit 3 times a week for breakfast. I really am changing. Your beach outing sounds fun. I love beaches but then I got skin cancer in November and now have to really watch my exposure. Hula hooping sounds like a blast. That would be good fun exercise. Every little bit counts. No major plans for the weekend just entertain my sil.

I did 15 min outside walk. 30 min treadmill and 15 min stretching

@TrishasTime I'm sorry to hear you were sick again, but glad you are doing better.

@mjsunshine16 Hi there MJsunshine, welcome! I added you (but please note: I don't track in MFP, I only visit the forums, so if you don't see me very active anywhere but this board, that is why). I am on WW currently, but I understand why you struggled...the new program gives some people trouble. You have to find what works for you. I'm glad you are here!

@tulsalo welcome! Yes, this is a nice group of (so far) just women...men are welcome I guess? But only one has popped in. Like I said to MJ, I heard a lot of people complaining on Connect about the new program/having trouble with it, so if you were having trouble, please don't feel alone. I have about 51 out of 83 lbs to lose yet myself. I will add you (but please note: I don't track in MFP, I only visit the forums, so if you don't see me very active anywhere but this board, that is why).

@ChelleTrell lol well it sounds delicious anyway! I have fun plans kind of: I'm going to the farmer's market with a friend and walking around. Your beach day sounds fun! I could never hula hoop, I always wanted to, it is so much fun to try, but could never do it. That's great that you will pre-log all your food...WTG!

@theslightedgeforever LOL! I understand, I enjoy quiet time as well. Thanks for sending Cbabie the owl message lol. Great job with the exercise!

Hi all. I'm up and at 'em early today: I go to work at 6:30 on Fridays and get out at 3...nice! I'm going to come home, clean the kitchen and cook a nice healthy meal and then relax with a couple of wine spritzers and a book. I hope you have a nice day! It's nice that you new people have joined us. Please bookmark the discussion so you can come back!

TGIF this week flew by! So excited for the weekend to be off work and doing stuff with friends and family. Going to see the new Mamma Mia movie so I'm pretty excited about that! Though I love the weekend, it does tend to be when I struggle the most with calories/staying on track/tracking. Maybe because there isn't the structure of the work week. How do you all stay on track when you are off work?

@ChelleTrell thanks for the add! Glad to know I'm not the only person who felt that way. The beach day sounds like a blast! Hope you have tons of fun. I'm landlocked here in Oklahoma so I will live vicariously through your stories about the beach!

@theslightedgeforever thanks for the add! And the encouraging words. I try to keep in perspective that since I've lost 75 lbs before I can do it again, but my life circumstances are a little different than they were then so I'm trying to adjust to now instead of doing what I did then. Consistent habits and self-care all the way! But hopefully weight loss falls in with that. Might be better for me to have less focus on lbs lost. I'm watching my mom battle diabetes so I'm trying to stay ahead of it and encourage her. Hope you are doing ok with managing the prediabetes. But I feel where you're coming from with carb tracking and such.

@trooworld thanks for the add! It's interesting to me that you are combining WW and MFP. That's a good idea and I hadn't thought about it. Honestly the new program might have worked for me but I was stubbornly resistant to having to relearn it knowing they could change it yet again.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome!

okay, okay,...the HOUND found me... I have had a rough week in managing my time and focus. I am such a routine person, that when I don't keep to it...So just to let you know that I thought about each of you, just didn't get on here. So that being said..a lot to catch up on. My mind has so MANY things I WANT to do and I am trying to find that focus point again...just like I just thought of another book I want to read...right while typing on the board...I need FOCUS!!!

@trooworld Thank you for asking to have me found...I am so happy for your loss!!! great job...you and theslightedgeforever have found your groove!!! Keep moving forward. I met a person this week, telling me how he wanted to be around for his boys as the mom isn't and yet, he is doing nothing to change..has had 2 heart attacks, stents,...still smokes, doesn't exercise or eat right...works 2 jobs, sleeps when he can...so YES I am proud that you found your niche.

@TrishasTime I am so sorry you are still sick...it's good to take care of you first..so we know you are in recovery mode!!

@tulsalo Welcome! I am so glad you found us..yes I was once WW, got to lifetime...then life happened, only I went down to almost nothing and then went the other way..I am trying to find balance and the right plan for me. I didn't like the new connect and hence here we are!!! I used MFG and WW online for a while, but hated double tracking...so I just use MFP and frankly I am still struggling to get that right. LOL

@ChelleTrell I love that you can walk everywhere...I live where maybe you can walk to a grocery store, but it's not really what you want and it's too hot right now to walk anywhere!!! I am so glad to see your post!! Thanks for sharing...I have mostly church and me time planned. I am trying to set some ACHIEVABLE goals for me..so taking some personal time to myself.

@mjsunshine16 Welcome! Yes I allowed stress to take charge of me and put on 20 lbs... I also saw other side effects. I can't let that overwhelm me. I am also a Essential Oil user and with my faith...I am trying to get me back and not let my stress destroy me. This boards helps, but just like with anything in life, we have to be consistant and if you read the post you know I went MIA this week...not good. I have to be consistent in the things I know are a support system to me. So I am so glad you found us..

@theslightedgeforever Great job, stay the course while sil is there... :)

    Morning everyone

Thank you for your concern everyone - I am doing better :) Welcome to our new friends

@theslightedgeforever - Well done on sticking to your plan. Good for you for putting yourself first. As they say in the airplane talk , look after yourself before you look after others :)

@trooworld - Congrats on your loss, well deserved, I know you have worked very hard> I am watching the series little women of LA and they are going to a baby goat yoga session, so will see it all soon.

@cbabie - I am glad the hound found you, I thought we sent an owl? I told my grand daughter yesterday that the word of the day was focus when she went for her license test. It seems she lost her focus and failed her license test again

@chelltrell - Congrats on your 90 day streak :) What does Mary Poppins say _ Once you make anything a game 0 it becomes fun? Glad to see you here. I am with trooworld - where I choose the middle road for the brownie. I also have a quick look a Calorie K*ng to see if anything is there under café section. No fun thing - just getting over this chest infection :(

@mjsunshine - thankyou for your friend request :). I am an x WW lifetimer who has stacked the weight on. I now only go with MFP. Do yo have a fitbit?

@tulsalo - No judgement here and it seems you are telling my story as per the above. Hope you follow your dream and achieve the goals you have set for yourself

My time this weekend is food shopping - which I hate and jus relaxing. Mummia Mia has just opened here and I plan to go and see that as a treat for when I lose some weight. I figure I am going to go back to the treadmill on Monday even if it is just for 10 min. It will all depend on how much coughing happens

@tulsalo how I stay on track on the weekend is that I have a structure in place: I plan to go to the gym in the morning on Saturdays, I pre-track my food every day of the week and that doesn't change on the weekend. I do have fun food on Saturdays (and sometimes on Sundays) but I don't consider that going off track, that is just part of my plan. If I have pre-tracked it, it is part of my plan. I hope that helps! I hope you have fun at Mamma Mia! RE: the new WW program and MFP...I don't really combine it, I don't use MFP, I was using MFP when I found this board, then I rejoined WW and quit tracking in MFP but didn't want to quit this board, so I am really only tracking in WW and using this board to socialize. And I love change, so the change didn't bother me when they flipped everything on its head with the new program lol. But I do understand why people are having a hard time.

@cbabie thanks, people at work are starting to notice that I've lost weight. That's too bad about the person you met. But maybe they'll come around. I'm glad you are back. I'm sorry you had a rough week. I like a lot of structure too. Great job walking around your backyard! If I did that, I'd get 20 steps. ;)

@TrishasTime I'm glad to hear from you and glad you are doing better. Oh that baby goat yoga is probably going to go down as one of the highlights of my year! ;)

Hi all! I don't know if I told you but I re-joined the WW meetings and this morning will be my first meeting (I was online-only). I was doing fine with online-only, but I wanted the camaraderie of the group as well as the benefit of free lifetime when I hit my goal. Today, I am just going to the grocery stores and getting healthy foods. I'm looking forward to dinner tonight: BLT Panzanella + Grilled Garlic Butter Shrimp. I'm going to make it as healthy as possible but it is still going to make a dent in my point budget! Oh, I left out the funnest part: Watermelon mojitos! :O Have a great day.

I used WW point program a few years back with success but due to other circumstances it didnt stick. Not WW fault but my own. Fast forward a couple of years and I tried WW again once i got motivated to get stuff back on track (I was trying to nip it in the bud before my weight gain got really out of control) and I saw they changed the point system and, imo, IT SUCKED! I absolutely hated it and that was that. I used it for like 3 months but didnt see any real progress so I stopped.

I snowballed for a while and now I'm back on track using MFP. I'm very happy with it and been having good results so its what I'm sticking with.

I understand both systems pretty well. I think I can provide some good insight if anyone wants help comparing the 2, especially if you used to legacy WW point system from around 2010 and are looking to get back on track with MFP.

Feel free to friend me up, or post here with questions. Also I am logging my progress with some comedic relief on Instagram @frankiebonezbiglifechanges and twitter @Frankiebonez145. So feel free to follow me on there as well. I post on all platforms daily.
