Thank you! I did the Keto Diet since May 13th 2018 and worked out 6 days a week with a combination of strength training and cardio for 2 hours each day. Only took in 6 grams of carbs for the until May 31st. Then from June 1st till today I did zero grams of carbs a day. I feel great.

I started the Keto Diet May 13th 2018. Since then I’ve lost over 20 lbs of Body Fat Mass and 7.3% Body Fat. Currently weigh 199.5 lbs with 15.3% Body Fat. Gained lean muscle during the process.

I’m sorry that the Keto Diet didn’t work out for you. However, I don’t think you fully understand how Keto works and what you can and cannot eat. Also, it seems to me you prefer more of a vegetarian lifestyle instead.

Congrats on losing 20 lbs so far! I’d be happy to support you and anyone else needing it. May I ask what kind of diet you’re currently on? And how quickly are you wanting to lose the 19 lbs? Also, please feel free to add me if anyone likes :).

Make sure to increase your sodium intake while on the Keto Diet. I’d also recommend you take daily multivitamins, potassium pills, and magnesium pills. Just like the others stated, make sure you set your macros to Keto settings. Hydrate throughout the day. Exercise helps with weight loss. I’ve personally lost a…

I agree. Perhaps you may need to find different avenues of approach to losing weight. But, if you still decide to stay on the Keto Diet then ensure you approach it the right way and be dedicated to it. Carb heavy every 3 days will place your body on a never ending roller coaster. Good luck and hope you reach your goals :)

I’d also recommend ensuring you take daily multivitamins, potassium pills, and magnesium pills while on the Keto Diet.

How much grams of carbs and sugars are you eating a day? How often do you exercise? What’s your current weight and caloric intake? Finally, are you doing intermittent fasting while doing the Keto Diet? I ask these questions so I can help you get on the right track. I’ve started the Keto Diet on May 13th 2018 and have lost…

Hello JonathanTaveras, All my protein comes from ground beef, salmon, and cheese. How much lean muscle are you trying to gain since you started back up? I’d recommend whey protein supplements in addition to healthy foods that contain high protein like meats/veggies each day. Unless you’re on a strict Keto Diet then I’d…

Hello, I believe both parties are right. Yes, carbs can be essential to be part of a healthy balanced diet dependent upon that persons diet and health issues. However, I agree with all of rgg71’s statements. I’ve been doing the Keto Diet since May 13th 2018. I haven’t had a single gram of carbs in weeks and am still…

Many factors come into play in order to gain weight like hitting the gym, your caloric intake, protein intake, hydration, etc. You may have the body type that is difficult to build muscle in the beginning. I was once very skinny and it took me a full 2 plus years in order to see results. However, how you approach your goal…

Yes it’s possible. I’m losing weight by doing 1500 calories or less a day. But I’m also doing the Keto diet and intermittent fasting everyday. Plus 2 hours of strength training and cardio 6 times a week. I’ve lost 15.2 lbs of Body Fat Mass and 5.9% Body Fat in 30 days. Depending on how you approach the 1400 calories a day…
