Your diet is definitely not correct then if you are not gaining weight. Go to reddit.com and look up ”gainit” in the search bar. This community gives advice and fitness tips in how to gain weight and build muscle specifically. For general fitness tips, go to ”fitness” which is a much larger fitness and nutrition community that discusses all topics related to fitness.4

If your diet is 'fine' you need to see a doctor3 -
If you aren't gaining weight, you're either eating less than you think or burning more than you think5

You need to eat more then. Set your goal to gain half a lb per week. Log your food accurately and consistently, using a food scale as often as possible. Eat all your calories. If you exercise, log it and eat back those calories to. And while you're at it, do some strength training so some of the weight you gain is muscle0 -
Eat more. You need to be in a surplus to gain weight1

If you're not gaining clearly your diet isn't fine.
How about this on top of everything you already eat in a day. Take 2 cups of whole fat milk. 1 scoop of protein. 2 tables spoons of peanut butter. 1 banana. 1/4 cup of oatmeal and any other fruit you'd like. Blend that all up and drink it. Once a day everyday. EVERY SINGLE DAY. I PROMISE you will begin to gain If you stay consistent with the rest of your diet.
If not, then add a second smaller shake before bed. No excuses. Just do it. Gaining the right kind of weight is not easy. It takes a lot of work

Consider opening your diary so we can see what you're eating.
How tall are you?
As with folks wanting to LOSE weight: the details are important.0 -
Many factors come into play in order to gain weight like hitting the gym, your caloric intake, protein intake, hydration, etc.
You may have the body type that is difficult to build muscle in the beginning. I was once very skinny and it took me a full 2 plus years in order to see results. However, how you approach your goal will determine the results.
I agree with jessef593’s comment on the food intake. Keep in mind that in order to gain weight you need to have lots of protein and have to hit the weights more than just 30 mins. Try increasing you’re protein intake to at least 1-2 grams of protein per pound of muscle you have and do around an hour plus strength training with weights. Cardio is good but don’t over do it since you’re trying to gain. Take daily vitamins too.
Don’t forget to hydrate with water throughout the day.
Keep your head up and your goals will soon come.3
