Unfortunately in the case of keto, that's not really how it works. If you eat something carb heavy every 3 days or so, you will immediately throw your body out of ketosis
I agree. Perhaps you may need to find different avenues of approach to losing weight. But, if you still decide to stay on the Keto Diet then ensure you approach it the right way and be dedicated to it. Carb heavy every 3 days will place your body on a never ending roller coaster. HI there! I am just starting out on Keto. This is the end of day 4 and this morning when I weighed, I was already down 3.8 lbs. So far so good. My hardest part is food prep and really planning what makes a meal (I am extremely picky). I watched a great show on Netflix last night called the Magic Pill. Very eye opening and a good watch for anyone considering Keto. They show in two cases where Keto has helped kids with autism.
Stats: 47, 5'2" starting weight was an all time high which drove me to "Do Something" - starting at 169.7. Started Keto on Jun 18, 2018.1 -

Even the makers refuse to claim that experiences shown in the film are typical, which would indicate a serious lack of evidence. That's not eye opening, unless you mean eye opening in terms of woo. They have created a full "documentary" (in inverted comments, because docus are meant to be factual) to promote a diet, but at the same time use disclaimers because they have no evidence, only questionable anecdotal evidence of far too small a sample group.2 -
It sounds to me you're still struggling.
Losing weight, or just the thought that you're doing something, can in itself make you feel better.
But it won't last. Sooner or later, when you can't stand the deprivation anymore, you'll binge on the things you're cutting out and missing. When you don't feel in charge, your natural instinct is to rebel.
We're not that different. All bodies work on the same principles.
A healthy diet for everyone is balanced and varied. Of course you have to steer away from things you're allergic to.
And we have different preferences.
A good diet for you is one that makes it easy to get in all the nutrition you need without exceeding your calorie target.
You can't go on and off keto. It takes time and effort to get into ketosis.
There is no withdrawal, you just need more sodium.2
