New to keto

I've lost a couple lbs but I am noticing fluctuation in my weight. I have been weighing less at night then In the morning. It's very weird. Just wondering if any one else is going g through this.

    Unless you're eating/drinking in between weighings, it's a scale problem, not a keto problem. It's usually advisible to not weigh oneself more often than once per day, and at the same time every time, but it's also advisable to have an accurate scale. You should test it, see if it's okay, maybe it needs fresh batteries.

    How much are you trying to lose on the Keto Diet? How much grams of carbs and sugars are you eating a day? How often do you exercise? Finally, are you doing intermittent fasting while doing the Keto Diet?

    I ask these questions so I can help you get on the right track. I’ve started the Keto Diet on May 13th 2018 and have lost a total of 16.7 lbs of Body Fat Mass, and 6.6% Body Fat since then.
