I started the Keto Diet May 13th 2018. Since then I’ve lost over 20 lbs of Body Fat Mass and 7.3% Body Fat. Currently weigh 199.5 lbs with 15.3% Body Fat. Gained lean muscle during the process.

Pic on left was June 23, 2017. 46 yrs old, 254 lbs and 34.1% body fat. Pic on left was exactly 11 months later. 47 yrs old, 188.9 lbs, 14.7% body fat. I lost 65.1 lbs over all and 51.5 lbs of fat mass.21 -

I am living proof that diet is important. The before picture is from November of last year when I was going to the gym, but my diet was absolutely terrible. I weighed at least 190 lbs in that picture. I began a strict Keto diet in January and kept it going until mid-March. I still keep the carbs low and eat good things. In the after picture, taken today, I weigh 165 lbs.
