Looking to have some like minded fitness, motivation team work along the journey back to fit. Let go and she caught up with me. Between work and the VA lets support each other. Hit me up but only past military please.

I am my father's daughter. My father was a disabled Vet, U.S. Marines and U.S. Army, both branches of the military. He passed recently but you have my full support. My mother and I took good care of him, we did everything at home. I gave up my good job to help them out. His last year was really tough, I had to get stronger to help my mother lift him and pick him up when he would fall. It would happen so fast and he had bruises on his head, cuts on his arms. We'd patch him up and he never complained about anything. My father was intelligent and sharp until his final breath. I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. His final words were, 'Thanks for sticking me with all of this time.' I care.

Hello and welcome...25 year Air Force retired veteran. I've been retired since 2006 and packed on the pounds because of all the meds the VA put me on. I started exercising and eating right and now am off the meds and back to the weight I spent most of my military career at.

12 years in the military before releasing to go back to school - my new career was so sedentary and the pounds packed on over the last four years.
