  • I added you. Always nice to share stories and help give support.
  • I have been using heavy whipping cream in my coffee. Lol lots of fat, not many carbs. Also quite tasty. And if the whipping cream is getting old, I whip it with cream cheese, erythritol, rasberries(only need 2 or 3), and zest a lemon when plating. I highly recommend trying. Can even change up fruit, no fruit, vanilla, pure…
  • So I had a tiny amount of veggie pasta last night smothered in meatsauce. I honestly got full within a few bites. I ended up eating all the sauce and tossing the noodles. I think my body was giving me and those carbs the finger. Appetite has not set in since. It's 8am EST here. Need to figure out what the meal plan for…
  • Congrats fellow daddy. And good job on your progress. I added you. My diary is open to friends. I follow LCHF though. Enjoy that precious time with our kids everyone reading this. We don't get it back, cherish every moment!
  • Congrats on the progress. Thanks for the advice. I did increase the electrolytes and vitamins I have paid attention to as well. Guess I should start to feel better with the heavy lifts soon then. Glad to hear your burst energy improved. Keep up that good work! I lost about 8 lbs or so. Getting there. I want more upper body…
  • Often I eat a good keto lunch and heavy fat dinner then fast until the following dinner. Been able to shed belly fat slowly doing this and still working out during. Some headaches but they are mild and common among fellow low carbers. I added electrolytes, someone would have suggested if I didn't say. I drink tons of…
  • If I need to get my fat up, I add MCT oil. Been able to keep it around 2 tablespoons daily only. My foods have been mostly there. Lots of eggs, avocado, walnuts or pecans, and bacon. I cook my scrambled eggs right in the fat. No waste here 😁
  • I find the state of ketosis has definitely kept me feeling full. The biggest supplement was MCT oil. That changed the game for me. I typically take 2-4 tablespoons daily. 2 per sitting. When I need more fat I take it. It has no taste and is great for maintaining Ketosis
  • If you can swing the calories, take MCT oil. I find fats keep me full longest. Mine is 100 calories per tablespoon. Easy to budget in your meal if you plan it. Very good for you
  • It may not be within your calorie range, but MCT oil would be the ideal fat to add to your diet. I take 2 tablespoons daily to supplement what I lack from my foods. No flavor at all. It helps me maintain my state of ketosis. I only eat less than 50g carbs max on my worst day. So we likely have drastically different macro…
  • Try looking at the low carb and keto groups on here. I think they are great and have plenty of useful information and you can connect with many other people following a similar diet. I am also following Keto.

  • I have chickens and eat lots of eggs on my Keto diet. They are very cheap to maintain
  • Thanks. I have increased my electrolytes. Has helped a ton since I am expelling more water on Keto. I was searching the Keto rooms. Still trying to find one that is suited.
  • Hello. Looking for some Friends that follow low carb diets, or just have knowledge of it. I am a nutrition junkie. I love reading and discussing. I follow a standard Ketogenic diet. Enjoy the moment!
  • What type of nutrition plan? I prepare Keto meals but have cooked for a very long time. I always enjoy food chat.
  • Hello. I am also following Keto. How long have you been on it? Going on a few weeks here. Basically macros 75% fat, 20% protein, 5% carbs is my daily goal. Nice to chat with other folks maintaining Ketosis.
  • You can always try vacuum stomach exercises. Not so much squeezing your abs, but sucking your belly button into your body as much as possible and holding. Breath out and hold when you do it. You should see your ribs stick out. Keep the shoulders back. Just my opinion. Strengthens the internal muscles that hold the…
