Hello Ive been IF for about 2months off and on but consistently at a rate of about 3-4days a week. (16:8). I am trying to do it everyday, depending on new information i read. My Question is: Does IF lower Basal Metabolic Rate?

so just eat low calories, working out burns calories, eating less just means u dont have to work out hard in the gym, as u already took care of that with ur diet.

Try multiple calculators and maybe get an average Daily Calorie goal, and deficit suitable for you. Try IIFYM Calorie Calculator.

yeahh, a calorie goal of 2300. but ive been eating comfortably below that most days because i feel if i eat anymore, that i will be over eating.
