  • I’m pretty similar, I lost 20-30 pounds two years ago and got super close to my goal weight but then I gained it back, plus 10 more. Now I’m trying to lose 40 pounds, of which I already lost around 10 :-) The good news is we both did it before so we can both do it again (and this time we can be even better!)
