Hi!! My name is Diana and been with this group since September. It’s been great having this community to look to for inspiration or guidance. I’ve found that posting daily ( at least trying to) to the thread exercise, under calories and tracking all foods and drinks very helpful.

I’m in! I’ve lost 39 so far. 20 pounds is a good mini goal. I have been following IF lifestyle. I try to workout between 5-6 days a week for at least 30 mins. I am beginning to add strength training to my routine.
