Exercise? 13 mins of bodyweight exercises. Glute bridges (regular and one legged), weighted lunges (reverse and forward) for a warm up. Then 30 sumo squats with resistance band, 20 regular weighted squats with resistance band and 20 kickbacks on each leg. Didn't last very long but I'm feeling it haha.
Tracked? Yes
Calories? Way under, wasn't very hungry today. But did still have 3 balanced meals, just very low calorie on accident lol.0 -

Holding steady at the top of my maintenance weight!
We are scheduled (!!) for sun here on Sunday. It will be a gift for sure. I live in Chicago, and it hasn't been sunny since 1/21. It's very hard but I have been keeping up with my daily D drops, healthy foods, exercise and trying to squeeze in walks here and there.4 -

I over indulged last Saturday and Sunday, so I guess the gain is to be expected. It's not much but I'm still disappointed. Weight loss has slowed a lot in recent months, which is expected on a downward trend but I'm still in my feelings about it. I want to reevaluate my diet and exercise regimen.3 -
