The same is happening on my home page. My ''exercise calories'' are up to 3160, with more being added each day. The actual diary page is correct though, as is the app. It's been 5 days now and it's throwing me off :/

I'm on hold with customer service because the delivery man just shouted at me when he delivered my stationary bike :'( Now the bike is downstairs and I live on the 4th floor and I have no way of getting it to my apartment

My Garmin (vivofit 4) is just over 4 years old and I've had to replace the battery twice. I do work in medical imaging and it has been exposed to an mri once or twice. So that might have something to do with that. I had 3 Fitbits (2 Fitbit Flex' and one zip) before my garmin and - even though I much prefer the interface…

Great mindset! I'm in the same boat today, I went over by about 1100 yesterday (3 glasses of wine turned into a pizza for dinner and then chocolate after 🙊 Oops?). It happens. In the past I would starve myself to make up for it, but luckily I've evolved. I logged it honestly and I'm moving on :)

Apparently my phone is now outdated. Since the latest mfp update the app needs ios 13 or higher. My iphone 6 can't do higher than 12 so it doesn't work for me anymore.

I tried every day and it didn't work for me (I still let the scale get to me even though I know it's just data) so I'm back to once a week. Wednesday is my day, morning, after pee before coffee :D

Thanks for the advice! It's not bad though, I'm just aware of muscles I forgot I even had 😂 I'll be alternating days to ease into it (doing light cardio like walking on the days I don't do yoga). But I'm definitely motivated to keep going, it was a great start! :)

I started yesterday! I did a 40 min beginner/basics video and I'm sore today :D I loved how lighthearted she is and Benji is so cute and makes me laugh during. Will definitely do more of her vids!

I log when I prepare. So when I cook dinner I'll have MFP open on my phone so I can enter all the weights as I go. Work lunches I prepare the night before so I log them then. If I don't log it straight away I forget what each ingredient weighed :)
