  • 3/2/19 Track food: Yes Under calories: Yes - nice big deficit and I've been brave and not dipped into it after a 13 hour shift(even though I have a super tasty homemade fish pie to eat). Exercise: Lots of walking today, all day and BWE before I went to work this morning :smile:
