30 mins on the treadmill. Starting at a 3°incline , going up to 12° . mostly walking with the occasional sprint.

Last year ,around this time ,I would wear my Fitbit at the 4th notch from the end.Now I do it up at the 9th hole from the end...sometimes 10th,I guess depending how much salt I have lol. I may need a smaller wristband soon :smiley:
