Anyone else with a big birthday this year? Heaviest and most unfit I've been in years, have 6 months to turn things around and be 40 and fabulous :#

    My birthday is in August.. I have 8 months to get sorted! :)) It's an ambitious goal. but if I get anywhere near it, I'd still be super happy. I want to start my 40s right.

    I'm 40 in six days. Not quite half-way to my goal. Should be finished around August at this rate.. better late than never!

    50 in a few weeks.I have 25lbs to go to reach my ultimate goal weight.The last few months have been physically and mentally draining,but I'm slowly getting back on track
