I spent half my day rearranging some nerd cards. I feel as though I got nothing done. An insurmountable task at this point, I think.

That's cause your game has unlimited cards!!! Mine has a limited set--albeit a getting-large limited set, that all have a specific order to go in (Arkham Horror). It'll just take a little bit of time, gonna watch Doom Patrol while I do it

No kidding, one set is between 150 and 200+ cards... and they put out at least 3 sets, 5 Commander decks and numerous planeswalker and duel decks as well as promotional cards every year. There's a reason it's called "cardboard crack".

Trying to go back to sleep after being woken up by a god awful noise that sounded like the furnace motor tearing itself apart ... Just a cat with a hairball 🤪

I'm up way too early the past few days cuz I keep falling asleep before 7pm, like an old lady.

Ready to do 30-min of old lady yoga.

    Have a great Sunday, All!

    Oh, those vixens!

Yesterday at 3am, a large cardboard box slid down the wall & across the hardwood floor & same thing... sounded like someone kicked in the window. Adrenaline rushing, I just had to stay up for the day.

Just got done making lunch, which was coney dogs with onions and cheese and coney sauce for my partners, and a hot dog with a little cheese for me. It's a really good kosher dog, so it doesn' t need much. And now, it being a grey rainy day which has got my arthritis acting up, I'm going to go have a nap. Winter is hard on me.

Hope your arthritis gets better. I have a friend who experiences the same symptoms when the weather changes. My friend takes vitamin D and it helps her out.

    I don't get it either. :(

For me, I've been up for hours so am taking a nap at 9am 'til noon... then I'll go out for errands.
  • Well, when I crushed my foot in my twenties they said you'll have arthritis in your forties, and they were right! But I can walk much more than they said I could, and so I'm okay with that.

I need to get the torn tendon fixed, but I don't want to haul all this poundage round on crutches, and I'd prefer to keep working out and get my shoulders and wrists up to strength first. As well as moving to a house where the bedrooms aren't all upstairs from the living area. Also probably should get married first so that he can take FMLA to take care of me for a couple weeks. Minor details, lol.

Trying to recover from the two seizures Canada’s “Emergency Alert System” triggered this morning. Best part? The first one indicated I’m almost 400km outside the danger zone and the second one was “Sorry, guys. False alarm, ahyuk!” 🙄

    Having my hair cut 💇🏻‍♀️

Is it as long as your profile pic right now? Are you going to show an “after”?😊
  • A quiet day. I have some pork in the crockpot needing pulled, and some ground beef I cooked up yesterday with seasoning that needs measured out and bagged for storage. Also I probably ought to do laundry for us all, it being Sunday and the pile in my closet being great....

Going out for good barbecue tonight, though. And I'm not going to worry about a few calories over, given that half the portion I'll take home anyway.

    Wait.

A message, in Canadian, that said: "Sorry"

    .... that's surprising.

Thanks, leadmare! Slowly getting there. It’s the first time I’ve had an episode around med time so it’s at least an opportunity to see how I respond.
