40 minutes strength training and 20 minutes on the cross trainer. Just what I needed! Going to look at a treadmill tonight for my home gym, very excited π3

30 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes on the treadmill then 45 minutes working the abs. 420 time soon.1

30 mins on the treadmill. Starting at a 3Β°incline , going up to 12Β° . mostly walking with the occasional sprint.1

Looking amazing lovely lady π I also just got 3 pairs of decent socks and did 6km in them and the feeling and difference is ridiculous πββοΈπͺ0 -

Today was 50 minutes of strength training. One of my fitness goals has been to do some dedicated ab work each week and I have been pleasantly surprised at how strong my core is. But after two nights of hardly any sleep I am pretty worn out now.3
