We know the food industry and how we were brought up to eat is tainted. We all just don't know the answer yet.

I'm on a Saxenda sister, Trulicity and have been. No side affects. You guys will start feeling a difference if it's the drug for you. :wink: It's not making me loose weight but my blood sugar is MUCH better and I eat less.

I need a sustainable lifestyle. I've noticed what to change, what to eat and so on with this app in regards to my health needs. I've tried all these diets and they all failed me.

if you have a phone app for mfp its quite easy! Do a status update but hit the little camera button. Voila! Choose a picture or take a new one! You have to have the mfp app to do pictures. Adding pictures seems to only be by phone app.

Don't get overwhelmed by everything. Take everything day by day. Learn about diabetes and start making changes to your diet little by little. I agree with what qweck3 says.

I was in the 700 blood sugar range when I was discovered. 126 isn't that bad. Follow what your doctor says. You might not even have diabetes. That is REALLY a long explanation to why not but see what your doctor says.

I think you could lose weight by counting calories and being in a deficit but it will take a long time and it is the healthy way of doing things.
