Daily Post 4.2.19 Track: Yes Calories: under Exercise: Yes Doing an April Abs challenge at my kickboxing studio. Giving up alcohol, all processed foods and incorporating weightlifting into my routine twice a week. Along with going to the studio 3x a week- and a tailored ab routine 2x a day. Can’t wait to see the results!
