    I'm a little quiet tonight because I am trying to finish up all this training for work. My brother should be getting out of the hospital tomorrow, so it is going to be a full day. I'll be catching up with everyone tomorrow night though.

    Went to buffalo wild wings for dinner and overdid it. Mfp was down so I just ate, I estimated after and know that I went over. I fully expect water weight to hinder me tomorrow

    Exercise - Not really and again am not happy for it.
    It was a weird day yesterday, think I was feeling a bit stressed...so I went back to my old habit of mindlessly eating and drinking whilst knowing the entire time I didn't really want it!
    Hopefully I can get back on track today and might take the kids for a swim after school...get some laps in and hit the refresh button!! Not sure I am going to lose on my weigh in day tomorrow but can only blame myself.
