    NSV...I went to a restaurant with no nutrition information. I was kind of myself because I got something I wanted but I listen to my Hunger cues and check my fullness so I didn't eat all of it.

    @rekvar12 Rut Row....Yeah, I hate the carb crave crash! Routines make all the difference, but can also hinder you when you can't follow them. It just throws you all off for days!
