Impossible Whopper! Yum! BTW, it saves no calories! 600 or so all in not counting fries. Super awesome!

No way! Fake news! That's too unbelievable to be true!

Those big motivational posters. Both framed and unframed.

It's probably what you want to hear but getting a new job would help. I too love pizza and could it eat all the time!

Some people are just plain akward and/or creepy AF. Public humiliation is the way to go. Otherwise, call the cops and have them come in. Dude will shut the f up quick.

Check out the plans offered from the Affordable Care Act (aka Obama Care). Good plans with no pre-existing conditions which is key.

That is a doable goal. I will be part of this. 9/8/2019 weight TBD (as yet I have to step on the scale).

Thank you!

What does the flag stand for?

I don't think it's hard to be fat. In fact with the over abundance of food in the US and 70% of the US population either overweight or obese it's easy. Plus with the adictiveness of food like junk food, fast food it makes it even easier. Plus everyone is so busy in life just trying to live, pay rent/mortgage, kids - health…

Why not! Intelligence and good grammar make the package even better.

How am I going to woo people that I don't like.....LOL!!!!!

You do you. If that helps you be successful then do it. It's your life and you are an adult.

Excellent job to both you & your wife!

This is what I would do as well!

I bought the Fitbit with all the bells and whistles 2 years ago but only use 3 or 4 of the functions like step count, heart rate and stairs. The rest for me is fluff. Next time I buy (which I will) it will still be a Fitbit but I will only get the basic model based on my current usage.

Everyone is different but I need to log for success. Otherwise I pick up on old bad habits - and they come back slowly. If you were really obese and lost 100+ pounds you probably want to keep logging during maintenance.

You can do it!

I agree with this poster. This is the exact same thing I've read about. It was years ago when I read this but it was some kind of research out of Europe.

On the flip side, I never did. Every time I get close I think my brain says, "it's good enough" and I stop. I also then gain a bunch of weight back. My point with this post is to remind you and everyone not to get complacent. Even after you unload that last 10, it's a lifetime of work, albeit not hard work but focus to…

I heard eating lots of candy/sweets can make you break out.

Truth is, most people don't like when people are successful. Also, misery loves company.

Get you items tailored. It sounds like it may be pricy but it's not. There are online sites that can do this with a pic of you. Also, JCPenney has their new Shaq O'Neil line which is designed for men like you.

Let things happen organically. Start by volunteering. I've meet some awesome people doing this. Regardless of outcomes it's very fulfilling to volunteer. I've also made a lot of friends volunteering - a lot of which I hang out with on a frequent basis. Also, no need to "hook up" with anyone. The minute you give it up, most…

Good for you cutting out the junk!

That bike is awesome! Enjoy!

I believe you are doing the right things. I would also add that as you go along in your journey that you tweak it based on what you find is working and not working. I would also add that you probably want to remember that this is a marathon and not a sprint. Results that you seek will, if done right, will probably take a…

She will have to learn on her own what works and does not work for her. At the start she will probably have some good results but longer term will not. I understand that most friends want to be supportive but the fact is most people will not take your advice no matter how great it is. As a matter of fact, most people seek…

I will sometimes do 2 scrambled eggs and a smoothie. The combo seems to be awesome and filling. It is around 600 calories all in so that may be good, bad or neutral for you.
