Can anyone recommend a filling breakfast that isn't porridge or oat based please?
Not really a cereal fan either.

Egg McMuffin 300 cal.1

avocado on whole grain toast ..sprinkle of salt on top1

Omelet plus a piece of bread and a tomato. This was my breakfast yesterday and it was filling. I also eat leftovers for breakfast sometimes. There are no rules, whatever food you find filling, you can have for breakfast.0

I will sometimes do 2 scrambled eggs and a smoothie. The combo seems to be awesome and filling. It is around 600 calories all in so that may be good, bad or neutral for you.0

Greek yogurt. Add whatever you like to it. I add protein powder, chocolate PB2, and fiber cereal.2
