Hey, I'm April 😊

Good Morning! Weight loss/fitness is a new thing to me. I've always been very small, but in my 40's I finally started to put on weight. Anddddd since I'm turning 46 this week, and heart disease is so prominent in my fam, I figured it's time to get into shape anyway for my health! So I'm aiming on losing 20lbs. Glad to be here!!
