Sorry away from computer and technology yesterday. Jan 8 = 20 Burpees in one min. Jan 9 = 80 Burpees in gym workout, did not do the min max after that. LOL

Jan 6th = No Burpees, SORRY. had the worst hang over all day, like death warmed up. I forgot how drinking straight gin with no mixer catches up with you. Good news though, I stayed within my KETO range and cals for that day, so not all bad, and fasting today because food will make me throw, lol.. see you all tomorrow.

doing KETO and calorie counting does not work well. Your body will use the fat it stores to make up the cal deficiency from you food intake. Yo can add me if you like I have been doing keto since the start of the year and I'm down 18 kg. resting heart rate down from 65 BPM to 54 BPM and BP from 190/80 down to 120/80.. Loving Keto. Remember not to over work yourself while you adjust to the new eating habits.
