@debrakgoogins I will, thanks! @springlering62 Thanks, I will certainly look into a yoga class here in town. I recognize the thing you said: When watching a video at home, It was too easy for me to roll over and say,” whew that one was too hard, I’ll just wait for the next pose.” Years ago I tried yoga and when something…

@melissafeagins no it's on my left hand. But since I'm quite a beginner there's not really much movement going on there... I will check if the calories go up while playing today though...

@c_ch330 and @Annie_01 thanks both!! I'll check them out

Good Luck!!! You can do it

Hahaha, I was going to ask the same question :-)

@gallicinvasion she has posted like five times the same question (in other posts it were just a few words; in one of which I also asked for more details - no answer?)...

Hm, on the Dutch forum they were all talking about bmr and tdee ... But I get what you're saying. Thanks for the clarification! Oh, I meant to lose 1lb/week indeed. HR is involved; I think I might be a stressy person. And I do play the violin for maybe 15-30minutes a day, but only in first position and without vibrato, so…

The things that helped me get out of the binge cycle: Make a list of the pros and cons of binges Make a list of reasons why you want to get out of this binge cycle Think about the short term and long term effect each time you feel like binging. Maybe this will help you a bit. I know how hard it is... Try to talk about it…

When I was battling (with?) my eating disorder I tried to follow some kind of schedule which included a lots-of-veggies-plus-couscous or something-lunch. At some point one of my classmates who was trying to lose weight asked me: how's losing weight going on for you?? And I was like: what? I'm not trying to lose weight...…

Wouldn't it be helpful if you told a bit more about what you're looking for exactly? Meat, no meat? Dairy? Nuts? Maybe you're allergic to something? Specific foods, restraints, or no restraints at all...

Ok, I will try the search option first next time. I found this https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/comment/43538121

@sweetangelkitten good for you girl!! I think it's a healthy thing; I believe that with the knowledge you have and the healthy reasonable mind you've got.... You can make good decisions so you won't gain weight. Or you need to, and you will make the decisions to gain weight! So.... Yes, I think it's a good thing! Calorie…

Hahaha, I thought you sent out a message to all of your mfp friends (more than 50 ppl) asking where they were, cuz no one ever responded or something.

So inspiring, thanks for sharing!!

A BEGINNER? ok. I'm out. :') It's beautiful <3

"you're not fat" - when you're morbidly obese. Well, thanks I guess for trying to be nice. But that really doesn't work.

To just see the number on the scale go downwards. That's the first step. (and please let it be below 120kilos right away. That would be an awesome start! Hehe)

I still think the toilet... Like the pot itself... Is a really odd place to take a selfie.

Haagen Dasz salted caramel. One pint... No, make it two please!

To be able to fcking wear normal sized clothes. To become skinnier (actually just less fat) than my mom, because now she feels like she has to tell me all the time how fat I am or how much I eat (which is BS, but it makes her feel good or something...) And to be a pretty girlfriend!

The Netherlands

No, I don't drink soda in general. I don't like the bubbles in it :') And if there is no, then it's too sweet for me. I drink water, coffee, tea.

Damn, I wrote too much, didn't I? :')

Over here in the Netherlands they (the doctors / counselors / psychologists kind of people) divide binges in two different types: subjective binge and objective binge. A subjective binge is when you feel like you ate too much, even though it is just .... two snacks in stead of one... like every normal person can do from…
-
For me it helps to think about the short term and especially the long term effects... What will my binge eventually cause? -> More suffer and (emotional) pain.
-
Yeah, I figure they just do it as soon as they lost those ten lbs... otherwise it's impossible to do so? You have to lose weight and then you can update your goals again...
-
Good luck, I believe it's never too late to start living a healthy life
-
welcome  And good luck on reaching your goal!!
-
HAHA, if all of my medication would have negative calories, I'd keep track... But I'm too lazy to seak that one out actually ... :')

In the mean time you can make new friends
