  • had a long trip in May, so I wasn't able to keep track of weight or calories during that time, but that should be more of a possibility now. Fortunately, I only gained a pound or so. I don't really think that eating habits will help with all the mental health conditions I've been overwhelmed with, but it definitely helps…
