I stopped for 21 years and then started again due to stress. Started and stopped for about 5 years but finally stopped. I was the same with champix but finally did it myself. You have to be in the right heads space. I have been stopped now for 18 months. You will get there.

Mine main reason is for my health as my weight affects my fybromyalgia and hEDS. I also want to look better and get back into my clothes. I always feel more confident and walk taller when I am thinner

@Lindamtuck2018 done both off them but came off as was on 3600mg day of gabapentin and 20mg amatriptaline. Didnt help so was changed to pregabeline but the same. Now dont use anything but paracetamol. I put a lot of weight on with gabapentin. Hope they work for you. Just staring on new physio exercises x

@lindamtuck2018 CW 195 PW 190.5 Amazing how you eat so much less to loose a couple of pound but have a bad week and eat a little more and it piles on. Need to get back on track and hopefully get this off next week

@Megan_smartiepants1970 No steps for the last few days. My husband has been really unwell and been concentrating on him. Took him for a chest xray today so hoping he get what he needs and will be on the mend soon. Hopefully back on track tomorrow

I feel your pain. Put on 25lb during lockdown and now have about 50lb to loose. Try to do 10000 steps a day but on busy work days I am stuck at a desk and its very cold and wet here in England so cant be bothered sometimes to get huddled up to go for a walk. I have done some indoor walking but its not quite the same…
