I technically rested yesterday though. I think.... and so if you say to forget about it should I just do legs tomorrow? That way they're rested? I'm supposed to do a upper push workout tmrw but I guess I'm doing legs??
-
Not trying to make up for binging but rather a "missed" workout
-
My main concern isnt bringing. I'm just asking on a fitness level and strength and muscle building topic, should I retrain my legs? Regardless of whether or not I overindulged...
-
I'm asking if you personally would workout the legs again since it wasnt properly trained
-
What's a WOE?

I dont know if it's from my fat kid days but my stomach capacity is enormous. I weighed myself after i got home that sushi night and the scale said 9 pound increase. Then I drank water and 13 pounds. I felt like a king haha
-
Full. I know I'm a maniac but I do IF and eat big before workout then eat way bigger post.
-
I was wondering how to best utilize the cheat day or BIG meal
-
If you read my salad thread Haha you would know my stomach capacity is superb! The last time I ate at an all you an eat sushi, it was like 33 or 36 rolls in addition to appetizers and some ramen, sides etc...
-
Do you fast and train the day after?(since you have all that glycogen in your system)
-
I'm not sure I do but I'll see. Also i know that consistency is key but i was just wondering because there are articles that gives guides on how to get the most or how to best utilize cheat days. I'm just trying to get that little "boost" ya know
-
Update: people that say that they dont do cheats or just fit it in macros, please understand that I am not seeking those responses. Nothing personal. Thank You ^^

I'm a Male:/
-
It's not his specialty But he said with regards to kidney theres no connection
-
This is like almost every workout though:/
-
Thank you for all the input. However I am still a bit lacking on the question#2. So do the heavier weights feel lighter the heavier you get?
-
The guy at the gym said you had to be mentally disciplined and such and such which I would honestly already agree with and try to go every workout with a 110% mentality but I tried telling him that it wasnt my motivation and all that but he called me a pssy because my mind was weak and all.
-
So does the weight you thought was hard to lift eventually get easier the heavier you yourself get on a bulk? Could this be why I'm getting weaker on my lifts as well?
-
Nothing to do with kidneys he told me just now
-
Could you elaborate
-
Fatigue/weakness
-
So you're saying the weight you felt was hard should feel lighter the more you eat/ the heavier you get?
-
What I mean from the above is that I know the 45minute to an hour window thing isnt NECESSARY but is it better to get in the P+C than to get it in after an extended period of time?
-
Thank You. I was just mainly concerned with whether or not it was ideal or not? Is it ideal to get protein and/or carbs in asap postworkout but not to the extreme? Maybe the classic 45minute-1hour thing?
-
I stopped Haha. I found a new recipe. Not high in volume but oh well :/ for the health of it

https://www.cinnamonvogue.com/cinnamon_side_effects.html #8 could that be why my workout endurance/stamina and also strength has gone bad/worse? As you know I eat a lot of cinnamon in the oatmeal which is right before working out
-
I second this
-
What kind of bias is that?
