Stay in normal bmi range (Asian American scale) for family reunion in a little over a week. Hopefully move closer to the middle of the range. I don't want to be the fattest female in my family of petite women.

Baby gained a pound in 3 weeks up to 4.6lbs and one ear up but one down. As she matures both should stand up. She prefers mom's homemade pb rather than Costco's organic natural pb - too oily, upset her stomach. She's sleeping after having subcutaneous fluids shot up and bland diet of boiled rice and chicken.

You're the best coach, so thoughtful, kind, considerate, encouraging, and pragmatic!💐🥰

It's Father's Day tomorrow and I enjoy honoring my pastor "dad" than DNA dad way more... No worries, I will honor both. Happy Father's Day to those dad's out there!

lol not missing any.. Actually, recipe says it makes 6 servings but it made 7 for me... I did have to exercise a bit more to fit it in because recipe quotes a lower calorie total than mfp calculations.

YES to the triple power Walking Baby while teaching her her name and to look at me to check in with every new sound or sight. Nice hearing people coo over her. People seem more friendly with a puppy in a sling or maybe it's cabin covid fever and people want to socialize...

Cauliflower fried rice slipped in collagen peptides instead of soy sauce since to me it tastes salty and protein packed

YES to the triple power No, not at this time. I'm still in training but I'm still in the normal bmi range on the Asian American scale, calorie budget is challenging for me not exercise nor logging. I seriously don't know how people live on 1200 calories without IF to skip a meal. It'll be quite a feat for me to achieve my…

I totally emphasize with you Chinkiri! I'm more able to bake and stick to my wellness goals if I have recipients for my baked goods and/or personally uninterested in the baked good like snickerdoodles are my nephews favorite which is so unappealing to me. So yes coach, regular baking every other week. I'm not a huge fan of…

Thank you for all who served our country. YES to the triple Walked "Baby" my ten week old puppy in her sling to socialize her with the neighborhood noises. She can't officially walk on the ground and interact with neighborhood till all her vaccinations are completed in July. She's too little for her puppy sling at 3.3 lbs.

Yes to the triple power Started IF today to get in tip top shape for family gathering of nephew's graduation "party", unintentionally turned into OMAD. Walked 10k and lifted weights for lower body. I took a long break to grieve over a loved one but still within the normal bmi range on the Asian American scale.
