Yes, He is still carrying more fat that he would like to be but he has made huge gains in the muscle department. His strength has been impressive to. His ORM have gone from B 185-225, S 195-275, D 315-345. We definitely motivate each other big time.

Thank you sir. My goals for 2021 are to finish with a 405 squat, 455 deadlift, and 285-295 Bench. Regardless of this Covid thing.... 2021 will be a great year!!!

This video is a 255lbs bench. I have since then benched 265... I just don’t have it on camera. 155lbs body weight. I have been working on slowing down my reps, everyone seems to be tearing pecks these days. I am aiming for a 1025 total in may.
