Iβve been working on rebuilding my bench properly. After tonight I can confidently say Iβm back on team β2-wheelsβ hitting 225 for 5 on 3 of my sets of the 5x5. Not a PR but itβs nice to have built it back to that with focus on form.
Beauty Lifts. One of my goals for 2021 is to do 2 plates for a couple sets of 8. Get it!!!

Snow day today, everything around me is closed, so I decided to do some bi/tri work in my home gym. When I work out at home I seem to have no routine, I just wing it, till it hurts π€·πΌββοΈ Also, a little flex π one day my upper body will look strong ππ€£ ππ»

Cute! Also those high rep volume workouts can be agony. Total different burn than the heavy lifts.0 -
