Pull-ups are tough. When I’m pushing volume on pull-ups I’ll use a band. I want to see a gif when you get your pull! Please and thank you. 🤗2 -

I do these at the very end of my set... After my major lifts, curls, tricep work and shrugs. (I. E. I am already pretty tired by then)
But I'm feeling the progress. And even though it's not a full hang, having my feet on the bar when I slowly lower is letting me get to the bottom of the hang.
And yes.. My head does touch the ceiling and my face does touch the rafters. Lol
Haha Yes! One of the only downsides to having a home gym! Looking good. Have you tried them earlier in your workout? Just curious. I'd be willing to bet you can do more! Either way still awesome!2 -

I just hit 220 x 3 belt less AND a huge PR for me.... 250 lbs 2x body weight 🤗🤗🤗 For the PR it was third time, first 2 I failed and I’ll post in the fail thread.... kind of in shock RN and I love that my coach doesn’t tell me what’s on the bar, I hands down would have talked myself out of it.

I’ve been working on rebuilding my bench properly. After tonight I can confidently say I’m back on team “2-wheels” hitting 225 for 5 on 3 of my sets of the 5x5. Not a PR but it’s nice to have built it back to that with focus on form.5 -
